Job summary

Complete Care at Heritage in Baltimore, MD is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.

You will monitor resident behavior during events, maintain attendance calendars, and help prepare and display holiday decorations throughout the facility; starting pay is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Previous activities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
