Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Novi is seeking staff for full-time roles in a senior living facility. The position emphasizes hospitality, outstanding customer service, and leading life enrichment activities for residents.

You will support and engage guests daily, coordinate group and individual programs, and help patients enjoy meaningful activities while promoting a positive healing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

We need your help with these scheduling needs:

Full Time position

All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
