WellBridge of Novi is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our EPIC culinary team. You will help prepare meals, plate trays, and assist with serving or delivering meals in a warm, caring environment for our residents. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attentive service to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• You will assist with preparing meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• You will plate food and assemble trays
• You may assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas

You will earn: up to $17.80 per hour (with experience!)

• Starting wages $15.15 - $16.95 per hour based on years of experience!
• PLUS Hero Pay - $0.85 per hour
