Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston in Clarkston, MI is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver life enrichment programs, lead group activities, and support residents with meaningful daily engagement. The role emphasizes hospitality, customer service, and teamwork.

Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy are preferred, with 1+ year in long-term care. This is a full- or part-time role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

You Will Earn

• Base wages $15.15 per hour
• PLUS $0.85 per hour Hero Pay!
