WellBridge of Novi is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment activities for residents in a 5-star team setting. You’ll promote hospitality, support wellness, and coordinate group and one-on-one programs with caring communication.

Full-time schedule with rotating weekends/holidays; 1+ year long-term care experience preferred; associates in Music or Recreational Therapy encouraged. Competitive hourly wage starting at $14 and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsabilidades

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Support and uphold EPICteam values in daily operations.

The ActivitiesAide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities have the dual purpose of being therapeutic and promoting health and well-being. We are always trying new fun ideas. You will earn:

Starting wages $14.00per hour

We need your help with these scheduling needs:
