Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs that promote healing, joy, and well-being. You will run group and one-on-one activities, support attendance and transport, and tailor activities to residents' interests and needs.

The role offers starting pay of $15.15 per hour, plus hero pay of $0.85 per hour, with annual wage increases. Part-time weekends only, supportive leadership, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in long-term care or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate care.
• Ability to lead group and individual activities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to activities and events.
• Evaluate residents' interests and needs to tailor meaningful programs.
• Develop themed decorations and celebrations throughout the facility.

Earn: starting $15.15 per hour, plus yearly wage increases. Hero Pay: $0.85 per hour!

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
• Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to their background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Music or Recreational Therapy preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
