WellBridge of Fenton is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment programs, enhancing therapy through engaging activities. The role emphasizes hospitality, patient-focused interaction, and therapeutic engagement to promote health and well-being while fostering a cheerful environment.

You will promote group and individual activities, support attendance and transport to programs, and help create themed decorations reflecting seasonal events.

Formación

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsabilidades

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

• Starting wages $13.50 per hour
