Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to deliver water and salt to homes and businesses, service dispensing units, and ensure top-notch customer experiences.

You’ll manage a daily route, handle heavy loads (up to 50–80 lbs), and troubleshoot basic equipment with training provided. A valid driver’s license is required; Class C or B may be obtained if needed. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role with onboarding and full benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and daily customer interaction
• Ability to manage and optimize a delivery route
• Basic troubleshooting of water dispensing equipment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain Class C or B license if needed
• No college degree required; motivation and learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on dispensing units and perform water tests
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to customers
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks and maintain accurate delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
• Receive formal training and onboarding for growth and advancement
