Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to manage daily delivery routes, service dispensing units, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. You will deliver bottled water and salt to homes and businesses, troubleshoot basic equipment, and join a team with onboarding and paid training.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach. No college degree is required; Class C or B license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to interact with customers daily.
• Manage daily delivery route with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (training provided).
• Lift 50–80 lbs as needed.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and obtain Class C or B if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units; perform water tests and salt filling.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain delivery records.
