Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to manage daily delivery routes of bottled water and salt to homes and businesses. You will troubleshoot basic equipment, provide excellent customer service, and expand sales opportunities while maintaining accurate delivery records.

Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour with full benefits after 60 days and a comprehensive onboarding program. This on-site role requires a valid Class C or B license and the ability to lift 50–80 lbs.

• Capable of lifting heavy products (50–80 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water and salt.
• Deliver products safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic water dispensing units and perform water tests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordiante with the Customer Service team.
