Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, servicing homes and businesses with bottled water, salt, and water-dispensing units. You’ll troubleshoot basic equipment, ensure accurate deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service at every stop.

Qualifications

Hands-on and active work style.
Customer-focused and comfortable daily interactions.
Ability to manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency.
Mechanical troubleshooting of basic equipment (training provided).
Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50–80 lbs).
Possession of a valid driver’s license; Class C or B license if needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot basic water-dispensing unit issues and perform water tests.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
Load/unload trucks and maintain accurate delivery records.
Follow safety guidelines and DOT requirements.
Receive formal training and growth opportunities.
