Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Route Driver to stay active while delivering water and salt to residential and commercial customers. You will drive a daily route, service dispensing units, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues to ensure excellent customer experiences.

You’ll build strong customer relationships through reliable service, on-time deliveries, and safe, accurate record-keeping. This role offers on-site work with onboarding and training to support your long-term growth with

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain Class C or B if needed.
• Customer-focused with reliable, hands-on work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and perform water tests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
