Job summary

Culligan is hiring a Route Driver to manage daily delivery routes for bottled water and salt, service dispensing units, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. You will lift heavy loads, troubleshoot basic equipment, and participate in a structured onboarding and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.
• Hold a Class C or Class B driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)
• No college degree required; motivation and willingness to learn
• Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and perform water tests
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks and manage product inventory and delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
• Receive formal training and opportunities for growth and advancement
