Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, serving both residential and commercial customers with bottled water, salt, and dispensing-unit support. You will troubleshoot basic equipment issues, ensure accurate deliveries, and uphold exceptional customer service at every stop.

Qualifications

• Enjoy hands-on, active work and daily hands-on tasks.
• Be reliable, customer-focused and able to interact with customers daily.
• Have a strong work ethic and manage a delivery route with accuracy.
• Be mechanically inclined; basic equipment troubleshooting training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career.
• Able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and obtain Class C or B license if needed.
• No college degree required; motivated to learn and contribute.
• Be excited to join a team with onboarding, training, and full benefits after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and test water quality.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements.
• Receive formal training with opportunities for growth and advancement.
