Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to stay active while delivering water and salt to homes and businesses and servicing dispensing units to ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will lift up to 50–80 lbs, troubleshoot basic equipment, and follow a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend shifts. On-the-job training and full benefits begin after 60 days, with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Class C or B license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products.
• Deliver products safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units and perform water tests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
