Job summary

Corte Bella Country Club Association in Sun City West, AZ, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our resort-style active adult community. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold CC&Rs, inspire the onsite team, and maintain exceptional service for 1,650 homes and a full amenity set including pool, fitness center, restaurant, and 18-hole golf.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HOA or master-planned communities with governing documents.
• Budgeting, financial administration, and variance reporting.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business of the association with the Board to maintain property values and owner relations.
• Develop relationships with board, committee members, and owners.
• Ensure compliance with CC&Rs, laws, and governing documents.
• Oversee architectural control and design review processes.
• Plan and facilitate board and annual membership meetings; prepare board packages.
• Review financial statements, manage accounts payable and budgeting.
• Oversee vendor bids, contracts, insurance requirements.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance coaching.
• Supervise on-site association staff and coordinate management activities.
• Oversee event operations and communications for social hall and clubs.
