Job summary

Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a General Manager to lead all club operations and drive exceptional member and guest experiences. This leadership role requires directing activities, managing budgets, and collaborating with the HOA/POA to align strategic priorities.

The GM will mentor department leaders, ensure safety and policy compliance, and foster a high-performance team culture focused on service excellence and long-term asset planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PGA/LPGA Class A certification or equivalent licensing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead a team in a hospitality/club setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all club operations, ensuring exceptional member and guest experience.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, appearance, and long-term planning of all club facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive operational excellence across golf operations, F&B, and amenities.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership, and community engagement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, service-focused culture with strong relationships with members, guests, and the local community.
