Job summary

You will lead fitness class scheduling, manage front-desk coordination, and collaborate with the HOA Events Manager on promotions and branding, ensuring a welcoming and energetic resident experience.

• Monitor usage trends and adjust programming as needed.
• Plan and manage lifestyle and wellness events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, instructors, and performers.
• Track ticket sales and evaluate event performance.
• Maintain event calendars and manage room bookings.
• Support administrative office and HOA communications.
