Job summary

Stedi is building a healthcare clearinghouse with a modern API interface for eligibility checks, claims processing, and ERAs. We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our team to develop healthcare APIs and extend existing systems.

You will work in an environment that uses AWS serverless technologies, Rust, and TypeScript to deliver scalable, reliable backend solutions for customers and partners in the healthcare space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of coding experience; Rust and TypeScript are beneficial.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS services.
• Commitment to using AWS serverless offerings in production.
• Ability to prioritize work based on business needs and customer impact.
• High bandwidth with the ability to juggle multiple areas.
• Ability to context switch as priorities shift.
• Philosophical alignment with the Stedi Standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, large-scale web applications and APIs.
• Work closely with AWS to improve understanding and use of their services.
• Contribute to engineering excellence through coding and high-quality communication.
• Build the broadest-reaching commercial trading network at the lowest possible price for customers.
