Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member in Jacksonville to drive daily operations, customer service excellence, and sales growth. You will supervise crew, train associates, manage onboarding, and ensure smooth opening/closing processes.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an hourly, full-time position with competitive starting pay in Florida.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, assuming store operations, staff management and customer service.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and recovery programs.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and organizing stock room.
