Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic STORE MANAGEMENT-CREW LEADER to elevate customer experience at our Palatka location. You will supervise daily activities, train crew on the BEST service, and ensure rapid stock placement while supporting opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Prior management experience and strong communication are required, with flexible scheduling to meet store needs. The role emphasizes teamwork with the store leadership and creators of a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creative thinking to improve merchandising and customer service.
• Must remain composed under pressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow customers through personal contact and friendly checkout experiences.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and standards.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick floor availability.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store as needed, secure cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, performance, and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
