Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking an Acquisitions Program Manager to lead an acquisitions/contracts support team for complex federal government programs in the Washington DC area. Hybrid work arrangement available upon approval.

You will provide leadership, direct project activities, manage funds and resources, and ensure on-time deliverables with contract compliance. A bachelor's degree and extensive acquisitions experience (FAR/HSAR knowledge, warranted CO) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
• Experience understanding a client's business, organization, and objectives.
• Experience forecasting budgets, expenditures, and corrective actions.
• Acquisition/Contracts experience; warranted contract officer.
• Experience supporting service delivery contracts and mission critical programs.
• Proficient with FAR, FEMA A Manual, HSAR, and HSAM.

WORK LOCATION: Washington D.C. local area, hybrid upon approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide proactive leadership and technical direction to all personnel.
• Coordinate and direct project activities.
• Perform management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Submit all deliverables on time and within compliance of the contract.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Related Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
• Experience understanding a client's business, organization, and objectives.
• Experience managing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Acquisition/Contracts experience; experience as Warranted Contract Officer.
• Experience supporting service delivery contracts and mission critical programs.
• Proficient with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FEMA Acquisition Manual (FAM), Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), and Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM).

PREFERRED

• Master’s Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC- P/PM) certification Level III.
