• Understand client's business, objectives and mission.
• Forecast budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, take corrective actions.
• Acquisition/Contracts experience; warranted Contract Officer background.
• Experience with service delivery contracts and mission-critical programs.
• Familiar with FAR, FEMA Acquisition Manual (FAM), HSAR and HSAM.
