Job summary

INCATech LLC seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist to support an FAA program across Washington, DC region, Atlantic City region, and Oklahoma City region. This contingent hire will lead acquisition packages, develop solicitations, perform price/cost analyses, and guide negotiations.

You will oversee market research, SOW/IGCE creation, contract modifications, funding actions, and closeouts, while mentoring junior staff to strengthen program execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of federal contracting experience with deep knowledge of complex contracting processes.
• Senior: Level 2 Contracts Certification or Level 1 Contracts Certification and 6 years of federal contracting experience
• Proficiency with PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.
• Strong ability to conduct price/cost analysis, prepare solicitation and award documentation, manage modifications, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
