Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or deal origination with a strong track record of deals flow
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales organization
• Experience in digital infrastructure (telecom), CRE, financial services, or mortgage banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong cold calling experience with prospect engagement and meetings
• Outstanding organizational skills, multitasking, prioritizing, independence
• Proven ability to close deals with a competitive spirit and intensity
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Proactively build, oversee, and project acquisition opportunities with efficiency
• Structure and negotiate deal terms while ensuring policy alignment
• Serve as primary liaison with deal team for due diligence and closing transactions
• Surpass company benchmarks and performance goals
• Strategically manage a designated territory from initial engagement to completion using a consultative sales approach
