Job summary

Unison Infrastructure is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and manage a personal origination pipeline for telecoms and infrastructure assets. You will advise clients through ground lease buyouts, structure terms, and drive toward closing with support from senior team.

You’ll own the end-to-end process, nurture relationships with property owners, and contribute to strategic product initiatives while developing deep sector knowledge in renewables and real estate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in B2C sales.
• Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
• Familiarity with IRR and NPV concepts.
• Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the company’s model.
• Own and manage your personal origination pipeline from initial engagement through closing.
• Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
• Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms with property owners.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management to meet origination targets.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen competitive position.
• Develop deep expertise in telecoms and infrastructure investment.
