This position provides a guaranteed base salary of approximately $30,000-$35,000 plus uncapped commission based on individual production.
Strong performers can exceed $80,000 in total annual compensation, with earnings increasing based on individual production. There is no fixed ceiling on commission earnings.
Important: Commission income is earned through individual production and is not guaranteed. Total compensation will vary significantly based on sales results. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is confident in their ability to produce and wants their earnings to reflect their performance.
You can demonstrate previous production through policies or premium produced, achievement against sales goals, quote-to-bind or lead-to-sale performance, new households/accounts generated, cross-selling results, peer ranking, awards, or consistent achievement above quota.

Candidates must be able to attend initial in-person onboarding and training at the agency office in Ridgeley, West Virginia, immediately adjacent to Cumberland, Maryland. The exact onboarding schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
Following successful onboarding, remote work may be considered based on experience, performance, training needs, and agency requirements.
