Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are hiring an Acquisitions Specialist to support both agents in one shared Colmar, PA office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dual-agent environment where collaboration, accountability, and performance matter.
We are seeking a professional who is equally strong in generating new business and servicing existing customers. You must be confident prospecting and closing while also capable of delivering high-level service that drives retention and referrals.
Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 in the office
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting
- Licensing support and guidance are provided
Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will drive growth for two agents while helping protect and expand their existing books of business. You will proactively generate new opportunities, conduct needs‑based conversations, and close policies—while also supporting service needs that strengthen long‑term relationships.
This role requires someone organized, energetic, and production‑minded who can balance sales activity with strong customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, community outreach, and lead follow‑up
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Support existing customers with policy changes, reviews, and service needs
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet activity and production goals
- Collaborate closely with both agents to support office‑wide growth objectives
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with State Farm and Pennsylvania guidelines
