RooterPLUS! is seeking a data-driven marketing leader to own customer acquisition, performance reporting, and vendor accountability.

The role focuses on turning marketing dollars into profitable revenue with a large ad budget and quarterly revenue-based bonuses. The candidate should be analytical, assertive, and results-focused, capable of steering campaigns across PPC, LSA, SEO, and referrals while collaborating with ownership, operations, and sales teams in a multi-location Metro Atlanta

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing/paid acquisition.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads and LSA experience.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting skills.
• Experience with call tracking and marketing attribution.
• Able to clearly communicate complex marketing data to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-acquisition strategy and manage a $2M+ annual advertising budget.
• Oversee PPC and LSA performance and hold agencies accountable.
• Build reliable tracking from ad source to revenue and ensure measurement by actual business results.
• Monitor call tracking, lead quality, and booking rates; improve conversion with operations.
