Augustine Consulting Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Cost Estimator at Level II to join the Government Programs Team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role focuses on cost estimation, market research, data analysis, and supporting RMIC activities within IEW&S.

Qualified candidates will have security clearance eligibility (Secret), a business-related degree, and experience in cost analysis. The position offers full-time employment with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: Department of War security clearance and US citizenship.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with four years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, market research, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, research market trends, and create cost estimates for a wide range of products and services.
• Assist in the preparation of RMIC appointments (AUM, ICA, ICE).
• Track mandatory RMIC training.
• Coordinate training and assistance for the RMIC program for all PMs.
• Support CPE initiatives to test and evaluate internal controls across the CPE and verify compliance.
• Create, implement, monitor and report Corrective Action Plans for internal control deficiencies.
• Provide support for the Statement of Budgetary Resources Audit.
