Augustine Consulting, Inc. in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD seeks an Acquisition Cost Estimator to join the Government Programs Team supporting IEW&S Headquarters SETA.

The role is contingent upon ACI's successful award of the associated government contract and will involve data analysis, market research, and cost estimation for diverse products and services. The position requires a DoD security clearance or eligibility, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field with

Qualifications

• Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and four years of relevant experience, or Masters's degree in a related field and no experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, market research, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, able to work with large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, research market trends, and create cost estimates for a wide range of products and services.
• Assist in the preparation of RMIC appointments and internal control administration.
• Track mandatory RMIC training and coordinate RMIC program training for PMs.
• Support initiatives to test and evaluate internal controls across the CPE and verify compliance.
• Create, implement, monitor and report Corrective Action Plans for internal control deficiencies.
• Provide support for the Statement of Budgetary Resources Audit.
