Job summary

Augustine Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the IEW&S HQs SETA at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role requires a DoD security clearance, DoD policy knowledge, and experience with information technology analysis.

Responsibilities include technical analysis, documentation, and coordinating leadership video conferences, with a contingent contract based on award decisions. Strong emphasis on mission-focused performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project.
• Conducting analysis and develop solutions in the application of information technology.
• Produce and review technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge in a given technical area.
• Coordinate and schedule Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
• Serve as the facility maintenance POC for the CPE.
• Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products or services, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.

Education

High school diploma + 10 years of relevant experience

Associates degree + 7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field + 5 years of relevant experience

Master's degree in a related field + no experience
