Augustine Consulting, Inc. seeks an Administrative Manager to support the IEW&S Government Programs Team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The position is contingent upon award of the associated government contract and requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance.

You will supervise administrative staff and manage manpower processes, ensuring compliance with policies while coordinating with program leadership on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Secret security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
• Prior experience in administrative management and leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admin software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure daily operations execute.
• Perform manpower functions: assessments, analyses, and advising on manpower programs.
• Review and implement command plans, manpower surveys, and manpower management.
• Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and compliance.
• Oversee records management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
