Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Acoustical Architectural Specialties Sales Representative to share product knowledge, build brand visibility, and close opportunities.

You will work with the sales team to drive revenue and meet business goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include design consultation, budgeting support, price estimation, and collaboration with field teams to develop strategic approaches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand and read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Act as a technical resource for the sales team and customers in acoustical products.
• Perform design consultation and assist with project budgeting.
• Uncover new project opportunities and estimate pricing.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategies.
• Maintain customer accounts and complete sales administrative tasks.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pricing and projections.
• Follow up on estimates, bids, and job tracking.
• Utilize technology to service customer needs and provide market solutions.
