Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Acoustical Sales Specialist to provide product knowledge on building materials including acoustical products and related items. This role focuses on developing relationships with customers and driving sales in a specified market.

The position involves collaborating with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers, handling sales orders, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and self-management are essential, with a commitment to service and meeting

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers.
Enter and tender sales orders in the company system.
Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategies.
Overcome objections, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales forms/reports.
Maintain customer accounts and complete sales administration tasks.
Maintain records of sales activity, pricing, and performance.
