SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Acoustical Sales Specialist to provide expert product knowledge on drywall, insulation, acoustical materials, and related construction supplies.

You will build strong customer relationships, process orders, and support sales strategies in collaboration with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers. The role requires the ability to overcome objections, present quotes, and manage accurate sales records, with a focus on delivering superior customer service and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a 4 year degree is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing selling skills and the ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Use the company computer system to enter orders; complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine strategic sales approaches.
• Overcome objections; quote prices; discuss credit terms; prepare sales order forms and reports.
• Maintain customer accounts and complete sales administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pricing, and related data.
