Job summary

Inspire Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced ACH & Payments Manager to lead our ACH, wire transfer, electronic payment, and related deposit operations. The role focuses on reliable processing, strong controls, regulatory compliance, fraud and risk management, and excellent member support.

The Manager will also develop our Payments & Operations Specialists while growing payment services across the Credit Union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in ACH, payment operations, or deposit operations within a financial institution.
• Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ACH operations, NACHA Rules, wire transfers, Regulation E, OFAC, BSA/AML, and payment fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACH, wire transfers, electronic payments, and related deposit operations.
• Manage fraud prevention, detection, investigation, recovery, and loss-mitigation efforts across payment channels.
• Lead and develop Payments & Operations Specialists and collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and vendors.
