Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a senior manager to oversee the ACH Processing unit within the Payments Enablement SDG. You will manage end-to-end ACH batch processes, design workflows, and optimize cash processing and transaction management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 7-10 years of experience, including 1-3 years in management. You will lead a team, guide external communications, and ensure regulatory and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
• Critical management role with extensive ACH Batch process knowledge.
• Experience in financial investments preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the ACH Processing unit for Payments Enablement SDG group.
• Leads workflow design and optimization initiatives.
• Proactively resolves complex transaction issues.
• Develops quality testing and cash processing controls.
• Escalation point for complex problems.
• Recruits, develops, and manages staff; builds a high-performing team.
• Manages one or more Cash Processing and Funds Transfer teams and budgets.
