Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Access databases preferred.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret and compile data to complete financial reports.
• Use Microsoft Office and the state's data warehouse to complete reports.
• Understand and apply state and federal reporting requirements.
• Process Federal Financial Reports and expenditure reports.
• Support Smartsheet design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for SIF.
• Facilitate process improvements and transition to new financial system.
• Identify issues, evaluate options and propose solutions.
• Review work for accuracy and retain necessary documentation.
