Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or similar approved diploma program.
• One (1) year progressive experience in financial services or comparable industry.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations such as anti-money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act and applicable laws and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Daily Check Voucher verification and summaries for all branches deposit checks for Accounting Department.
• Reconciles the system Bank Register daily and updates as needed for voids, stale date and stop payments of official checks.
• Prepares and sends Stale Dated Official Check Letters to members.
• Reconciles Daily Settlement General Ledger accounts for ACH, ATM, POS and Shared Branching.
• Prepares and reconciles month-end reports and various accounts receivable/payables of the credit union as assigned.
• Remits timely payments to various sources, including EFTPS and vendors, ensuring payments adhere to regulations and policies.
