You will monitor and reconcile the AR sub-system, respond to inquiries, and maintain AR file information within the student information system.

The role involves processing payments, establishing contracts and scholarships, and ensuring accurate posting of transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or reviews source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assigns standard accounting codes and identifying information.
• Processes accounts receivable and contacts customers/third parties to resolve balances.
• Enters routine financial transactions into accounting and student information systems; verifies information.
• Reconciles accounting and student financial records.
