Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking an Accounting Technician (Full Time) at the Griffin Campus to manage tuition receipts, postings, and routine billing processes. The role requires accuracy and reliability in handling cash and student accounts to support campus administration.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting clerical experience. Preference is given to candidates with an associate degree and Banner Accounts Receivable

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of bookkeeping or accounting clerical experience.
• Experience with basic accounting processes and student accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Receive tuition payments by cash, check, or money order.
• Balance receipts and post to accounting records.
• Perform routine billing and mail statements.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain billing files.
• Assist with New Student Registration Sessions.
• Handle general clerical duties as needed.
