Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Collections Specialist in Neenah, WI to support accounts receivable by contacting customers about past-due balances, documenting activities, and delivering professional service to internal and external stakeholders. This contract role is office-based, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite in Neenah.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting activity.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding past-due accounts and balances.
• Document all collection activities and payment commitments in company systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and correspondence.
• Communicate regularly with internal departments regarding account status and payments.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the team.
