The position requires strong Excel and ERP proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with standard business hours and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and collections required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts receivable operations, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Assist in collections and issue resolution with customers.
• Process new customer setups and manage documentation for tax and credit.
• Maintain customer portals and ensure accurate data across systems.
• Prepare monthly and biweekly reports including aging and destination sales figures.
