Job summary

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Accounting with at least four years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to supervise, train, and review staff.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reports and schedules for accuracy across accounting systems.
• Supervise AR team and oversee quality and accuracy of their work.
• Review and approve accounting documentation and vouchers.
• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to investigate and resolve issues.
• Communicate with external customers to address account-related concerns.
• Prepare and file applicable federal and state reports.
• Coach, mentor and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
