Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post payments for multiple Gray Media markets on a daily basis.
• Open, batch, and process deposits using a 10-key calculator.
• Maintain AR ticket queue with research requests, adjustments, transfers, and refunds.
• Invoice markets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Reconcile cash sheets and analyze payments for accuracy.
• Collaborate with AR leadership and station personnel to resolve issues.
