Job summary

WSAZ-TV/Gray Media is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Huntington, WV to perform clerical and accounting duties for executive management. You will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily reconciliations while coordinating programming schedules with multiple departments and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting or administrative experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.
• A college degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform light accounting and clerical duties to support executive management.
• Administer station accounting duties including AR/collections and AP processing.
• Coordinate programming schedules with Corporate Programming and Nielsen/Comscore.
• Manage FCC filings and station reporting records on the FCC website.
• Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and other governmental agencies.
• Assist with planning and execution of station events.
• Back up the Office Manager as needed.
