Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and plan recovery actions.
• Heavy phone activity contacting debtors and negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status regularly.
• Alert supervisors when customers are unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts.
