Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts receivable related functions and monitor assigned accounts for outstanding debts.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Make heavy phone contacts with customers to track payment status and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate account status and update databases regularly; alert supervisors of problematic accounts.
