Job summary

Spectrum Marketing Companies seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our collaborative Accounting team. You will process customer payments, monitor balances, and support collections while coordinating mail-postage for timely order releases.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Client Success to keep payments and orders on track. We value strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or related customer-facing financial role.
• Ability to learn multiple business systems; NetSuite/Versapay/Avanti preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Associate degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Accounting or bookkeeping coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and administer our payment portal, including onboarding and support.
• Monitor outstanding balances, assist with collections, and resolve payment/account questions.
• Coordinate payment and postage requirements for scheduled mail jobs to support timely order release.
• Provide account information and reporting to customers, internal teams, and management.
• Cross-train to support billing, credit, and other accounting functions as needed.
